1. Plant
Tissue Culture course is a compulsory Course at the Biology Study Program
Faculty of Sains and
technology at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Subject This
course consists of 3 credits and is given in the seventh semester (Odd). To
take In this course, students are required to have taken the Perspective course
Plant Biology and Physiology.
2. Through the Plant Tissue Culture course,
students are expected to gain hands-on experience in studying and applying
tissue culture techniques. Actively participates in conducting studies on
tissue culture techniques in plant propagation, secondary metabolite production
and germ plasm conservation.
