Pragmatics is the Study of the language which can be learned externally - How the language Component is uses In a communication. The Pragmatics definition According to parker (1986 : 11) “Pragmatics is distinct from grammar, which is the study of how language is used to communicate”.

BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING
Mata kuliah ini Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) untuk para mahasiswa calon pendidikan di luar bidang BK memberikan pemahaman umum tentang BK, terutama bahwa pelayanan BK termasuk dalam bidang upaya pendidikan yang secara menyeluruh berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 20/2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Pemahaman tentang arah, pendekatan, dan capaian pelayanan BK, perbedaan serta keterkaitan antara kinerja pelayanan BK dengan pelayanan pendidikan lainnya, seperti pelayanan pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru, menjadi kajian pokok tentang pelayanan BK itu sendiri. Disamping itu juga pemahaman bahwa pelayanan BK merupakan pelayanan profesional sebagaimana juga pelayanan pendidikan para pendidik lainnya.

in learning, learning planning principles, learning strategies, skills
development, syllabus development and teaching preparation development,
learning management, development of learning resources and teaching materials,
curriculum development in learning, also designing learning activities and
designing learning evaluations.

This course is intended to give students ability : 1. to design and calculate effective hours in semester; 2. To design Semester program and year program, 3. to design English Lesson Planning include English material development, Indicators, and learning objectives, English methodology development, Media and Evaluation.

English for Specific Purpose

English for specific purposes (ESP) is a subset of English as a second or foreign language. It usually refers to teaching the English language to university students or people already in employment, with reference to the particular vocabulary and skills they need. As with any language taught for specific purposes, a given course of ESP will focus on one occupation or profession, such as Technical English, Scientific English, English for medical professionals, English for waiters, English for tourism, etc. Despite the seemingly limited focus, a course of ESP can have a wide-ranging impact, as is the case with Environmental English

This subject discusses how to assess English proficiency.

English Teaching and Learning Strategy
This course aims to give the understanding of teaching concepts (describing teaching, teaching competencies, describing the roles of teachers) and learning strategy (tools and techniques in teaching). All of the concepts are expository learning, active learning, inquiry learning, cooperative learning, affective learning, contextual learning, constructive learning and quantum learning. This course also gives the contribution to the students such as preparation to teach the materials, taking action the materials (delivering the materials, giving the examples and tests) by the teaching strategy and evaluation.
